Through a pioneering technique, Ortisei notebooks are made from apple peel and selected vegetable fibres, creating an innovative fusion of technology and imagination with sustainable credentials.

Embodying innovation, creativity and nature centric design, the Ortisei Notebook expands on our successful and desirable Appeel Eco notebook collection, and with our original and pioneering technique, Ortisei notebooks are created from the parts of the apple that are often overlooked, creating an innovative fusion of technology and imagination.

The new Ortisei Appeel notebook features a subtle grained flexible cover available in a broad colour range covering corporate accommodating colours or sumptuous orchard influences.

Ortisei has been curated to offer luxury detailing with colourful end papers, colour co-ordinating closure elasticated band and pen/pencil loop detailing and a colour co-ordinated ribbon marker.

Eco-friendly to the core, Appeel notebooks are available in ruled paper format on beautiful ivory tinted apple pages with crafted round corners for an elegant look. An expandable back pocket in apple paper also features in the rear of the notebook.

Appeel notebooks are made in Italy and feature FSC^® ecological sustainable apple paper sourced from sustainable forests.
