information concerning the transportation of your order

delivery address

delivery addresses must be supplied with the order. if no delivery address is given castelli will automatically despatch the order to the invoice address without notification. if the recipient does not receive the goods on the stated date a redelivery cost at standard shipping rates will be charged automatically without notification.

delivery charges

consignments over 8 cartons will be palletised to keep charges to a minimum. if this is not acceptable please clearly specify on the purchase order supplied. if a delivery is attempted and refused, as a result of a palletised shipment, full collection and redelivery costs will be charged. if special delivery instructions are to be followed please clearly specify on the purchase order. these instructions may incur additional charges. please be aware that additional product packaging decreases the number of items contained in a carton when bulk shipping. express deliveries may be possible subject to location, availability and size of the shipment. details and prices on application. deliveries not to a ground floor address will incur extra charges - please ask your sales adviser for a quotation based on your requirements.

collections

a handling fee per collection will be charged for arranged collections of goods from castelli uk that fail to occur. all collections must be arranged and agreed 48 hours in advance. point of collection must be made with the appropriate documents otherwise it will be refused and charges will apply. for more information regarding the documents required please contact castelli.

- collections from a specified address

instructed collections of goods, arranged by castelli uk from a customer’s address, will be charged at the standard shipping costs.
