Our state of the art digital print technology offers you the highest specification available on the market. The ink drop size is so small at just 9 – 42pL (picolitres) that the finer ink droplets create super high definition print detailing with pin-sharp precision and fine art design quality levels. This allows us to create the unique raised print option for your branding.

Our technicians can achieve exact droplet control of 14pL (picolitres) time after time for your corporate branded product. To put that into perspective a typical raindrop is around 50,000pL.

Our design studio will be happy to work with you on your corporate branded notebook or diary design to elevate the artwork for the best impact and effect. It can vary from a single raised print logo to an intricate and interesting mix of raised and regular digital print. We also have varnishing effects which can be applied if the design suits.

Our experienced print technicians have collaborated with our Swiss print engineers and created the special print profile for Raised Print by calibrating the heat, speed and passes of your chosen design.

We also have a dedicated print room with regulated atmospheric pressure and lighting to reduce curing/drying time to deliver your branded products swiftly.

At Castelli we are always conscious of the impact business can have on the environment and we will always strive to achieve the best outcomes in all of our working practices. For Raised Digital print we use the latest Gen3 inks which are the most environmentally friendly solutions available.

We also consider our disposal process and waste inks are disposed of correctly via a specially selected disposal company practising responsible waste management.

Please note that for optimum branding results we do not recommend Raised print effects are used on very thin lines or edge bleed. Our design studio will be happy to advise.
