Continuing to provide support for your enquiries and orders during November lockdown

Throughout the new 4 week lockdown the Castelli facility in Tunbridge Wells will remain open to provide you with all the support, diary, notebook and gifting products to service your promotional enquiries & orders.
Our Italian headquarters and production are open, and you can still continue to place your custom orders with us.
As always, the health and safety of our customers and colleagues is our no.1 priority and we wanted to assure you that we are working within the government guidelines and we have in place our own strict Covid-19 secure standards to follow onsite so our staff remain safe whilst working on company premises.
Our sales, admin support, marketing, accounts and art studio teams are all working from home. You can still request prices, visuals, marketing support or request any other guidance by phoning or emailing your sales manager, sales coordinator or our other dedicated departments within Castelli. We are here to support you.
UK production update and quarantine procedure

We have increased our staffing levels within our production department in our UK facility in Tunbridge wells to ensure we can ship out existing orders and meet the increasing demand from all of our sales channels, ensuring support and service can be provided to our customers wherever possible.
We are following and operating within strict guidelines set out by the UK Government and ELAS and we want to ensure that our staff remain safe whilst on company premises. We have provided PPE and sanitising products to these employees and continue to asses the workplace to ensure it remains safe to all onsite employees. All of our office-based workers continue to work from home until further notice. This is for: sales, administration support, marketing, accounts and our art studio.
For any smaller shipments from Italy or smaller supplies from the UK these will be managed by Castelli's safe-guarding procedures that disinfects the delivery upon receipt to minimise any potential risk of anyone becoming infected with Coronavirus (COVID-19) due to surface contamination. Although we are aware it is highly unlikely that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) can be spread through deliveries or packages it is a matter of additional precaution. Any larger deliveries from Italy are automatically being quarantined before receipt due to the time it takes to receive goods.
Premises reopened & offsite working

We have opened up limited production within our UK facility in Tunbridge wells to ensure we can ship out existing orders wherever possible and process stock orders & sample requests but on a reduced service. This will be until further notice to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our staff whilst they work on company premises. We care about the wellbeing of our staff and have only one family from the same isolating household working in our production department.
These staff have kindly volunteered to do this to help support shipping out existing customer orders which are urgently required, receiving incoming orders and stock deliveries from our Italian headquarters and ensuring support can be provided to our promotional community wherever possible.
As a company we are working within the government guidelines and want to ensure that our staff remain safe whilst on company premises and have provided PPE and sanitising products to these employees during these unprecedented times. Custom Italy Production is Open
You can place your custom orders and we can work together on getting your order production ready, approved and scheduled and planned in with our Italian headquarters. It is fortunate that our Italian production did not cease during the recent outbreak of Covid-19 thanks to the different locations of the Boost Groups production sites across the different territory areas in Italy. The Italian government did place restrictions on Italian manufacturers which resulted in a production slowdown in Italy.
This was to enable our Italian site to set up the correct safety procedures to ensure our Italian colleagues remained safe and well during this time. We can confirm that our production facility in San Paolo D’ Argon (BG) is currently open and production is running. We received a stock delivery last Wednesday and have another three trucks scheduled to receive this week from Italy.
Over the next few days the Boost Group are planning a staggered and partial return for office-based workers located in Italy who have previously been working from home. The Boost Group are following and operating within the recently updated Italian guidelines who have started to reduce restrictions in some cases. This is to ensure that the production schedule for the upcoming months is robustly planned in and that any delays and delivery postponements can be caught up on wherever possible.

Offsite working and temporary premises closure

As of 25th March 2020, our UK facility in Tunbridge Wells, Kent will be closed for a period of 3 weeks in response to the latest guidance from our Government. We will closely monitor the ongoing situation and will advise you of our future steps.
We have worked hard to facilitate offsite working and our sales, administration support, marketing, accounts and art studio teams are all working from home.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Policy

Castelli will act in accordance with official advice from the UK Government, WHO and Castelli company policies.
Castelli UK is a company located in Tunbridge Wells, Kent and is in an area that is unaffected by the COVID-19 virus with no restrictions imposed as advised by Gov.uk website. Castelli’s response to the COVID-19 virus has been focused on the care of employees and customers.
Action taken:
The implementation of a robust cleaning schedule in our offices, production and warehouse spaces on a daily basis.
The installation of hygiene guard handles to all communal entrances.
The installation for individual workspaces and communal areas anti-bacterial dispensers.
We have conducted an education and information process for all employees as to the expected hygiene levels.
We have cancelled employee business travel plans.
We have minimised visits to the premises, if we do have visitors we have an anti-bacterial procedure in place that visitors must adhere to.
We hold enough products to cover demands for undated stock orders for the whole of 2020, from deliveries that were received in 2019. Any future deliveries will be managed by Castelli’s safe-guarding procedures that disinfects the delivery and places goods into quarantine for an appropriate amount of time. This is to support minimisation of any potential risk of anyone becoming infected due to surface contamination. This will be reviewed on a continual basis in line with instructions from the UK Government, the W.H.O. and our Company policy. Under guidance from the gov.uk website, the virus does not survive well for long periods outside the body so is highly unlikely the Coronavirus (COVID-19) can be spread through deliveries or packages. As a matter of additional precaution, we will place deliveries in quarantine conditions for a specified time, before releasing the goods.
